Non-profit coffee and sandwich place across from the beach.

Room was comfortable. Free breakfast was good enough. Grassy area was pretty small and a lot of dogs were staying there.

Large room and comfortable beds. Grassy pet relief area.

The furniture is new-ish and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean but tiny and smelled slightly of smoke.

Pros: No pet fee. Room was newly updated. Bare floors keep odors to a minimum. Cons: noisy neighbors and highway; dog walk area was heavily littered and unlit.
