Great hotel, room, staff. Angel was the staff member that checked us in and she was so nice. She waived our pet fee and helped us sign up for their program. The hotel is very clean. Beds are comfortable, breakfast was good, and it was a quiet night. We would definitely stay here again!

We would stay here again!! Much nicer than another Best Western we’ve been to. Very nice room, clean & comfortable. Staff is very nice & helpful. If you like Outback, they will deliver here!😊

The previous reviews are deceiving. Our key cards didn’t work, the room had a smell (not animal, just old & musty) although it appeared clean. Bed was so-so. Avoid a location by the ice machine. Room heater/air conditioner made noises all night long. Lots of noises throughout the night.

Clean and comfortable! We did have to switch rooms because our tv and remote weren’t working. But it wasn’t a problem. Apparently the hotel is having staffing issues (no housekeeping or maintenance). I would give one less bone because of this, but hopefully it’s temporary. Our room was very clean.

Everything from the staff to the rooms was really nice. Cleanliness = A, Comfort = A, Value = A, Breakfast = C. The bathroom was a good size and had plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend!

Nice for a dog friendly hotel, but evening desk clerk was quite “sassy." Not quite rude, but close. Room was clean, beds are good if you like a harder mattress. Walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything and it doesn’t help when trying to sleep. Breakfast = skip it. Not good at all. Sorry to be so negative, but it’s what we experienced.

The good reviews are right! So glad we stayed here. Keke checked us in & she was wonderful. She gave us a room towards the back by the pool which was perfect because we were close to the exit & we could easily see our RV in the lot. Room 122! No pet smells, very, very clean and modern. We stayed for less than $100! Beds are comfy & the shower is good. Laminate floor so no weird smells or feels. Breakfast was very light, but enough to get you going. We will be back! Highly recommend!

The room was great. Looked newer, nice carpeting, bathroom, etc. It smelled good too. Even though we had a dog it didn’t smell like any dogs had ever been there. Decent rate and great nights sleep!

We stopped here on our way to Florida. Much nicer than the $90 or less hotels. Breakfast provided, comfortable beds and pillows, spacious room. Walls are quite thin, but it was fine. Be sure to ask for a room NOT on the same side as the dumpsters. We woke to them being emptied at 5 a.m. & it was terribly loud. And we weren’t on the 1st floor! lol We would still return here for a visit in the future. Very nice staff and great rate using this app!! 😊🐶
