Loved this place
Hilton Asheville Biltmore ParkThey treated SweetPea the Basset Hound and I like Queens! She really loved the little balcony so she could smell all the sniffs!

Good and Bad
Hilton Garden Inn Nashville VanderbiltThe people that were there when I checked in we're very nice and accommodating. The place to walk your dog was kind of far but not horrible. My room was clean. However when I came back from dinner there was a new crew. The guy at check in had told me laundry was on the second floor. I tried to take the elevator down from the fourth floor to the second and the elevator would not stop there so I went to the lobby to tell the guy at the desk and he did not care at all and just said well you can take a different elevator! Really dude I would have never figured that out. He sees me with a bag of laundry my room key and a $10 bill in my hand. I go upstairs to the laundry and I saw there was no change machine so I went back down and he gives me a five and five singles. I go back up and I see all the machines take quarters only! I'm pretty sure he knows this, and he is just messing with me now. Now I have to go back and ask him for quarters and he only has $2. I'm literally panhandling in the lobby for quarters so I can do my laundry. This really irritated me it was 1 in the morning I was tired and I needed clean panties!
