Excellent BBQ, covered patio (you’d stay dry if it was raining), and the patio has a perimeter fence. The brisket, sausage and mac & cheese were really good!

We had lunch here following a morning hike at the Grand Canyon (Mather Point to Pipe Creek Vista - good dog friendly paved hike). We enjoyed the burgers at Yavapa Lodge and I was happy to find they also had a dog menu! I'll admit $9 for an elk burger patty with potatoes and carrots for my dog isn't cheap, but hey, it's her vacation too! It was a great amount of food for our 70-pound dog to enjoy and this place gets five stars for their dog friendly patio with plenty of shaded tables!
