Excellent location and amenities

It was just okay
The frustration of how filthy the pet area was, was such a disappointment. In all fairness, I blame the GUESTS that make no effort to clean up after their pet. However, there was a station for bags, but both rolls were empty. Obviously, most people do not carry their own roll of bags for their own pet, which is very lazy and lame. But, when a hotel operator offers a pet friendly environment, I’d like to think that the restock the bags so people will use them. Hotel is nice, but definitely could improve.

Beautiful Place!
We really enjoyed this hotel. Beautiful beach path and walk. Great amenities and so, so quiet! Slept great and had an awesome stay.

Loved this hotel!
The hotel is lovely. The staff is awesome and best of all our dogs were welcomed, the room was awesome and our stay was comfortable and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel
The Sylvia is a beautiful place and a perfect location to hang out in Vancouver. Today we walked 4 miles with the dogs, and all of us are napping in the quiet hotel and resting. Water bowls for our furry kids are in various locations around the hotel. Lots of short walks to get them out on. We have enjoyed it so much that we just rebooked and are staying 3 more days. 🐾❤️

Nice hotel
The location of this stay made it easy to walk to the town, but also parking was so easy that driving somewhere wasn’t a big deal for fear of losing our parking space. They are very dog friendly and that is the most important thing for us to enjoy our stay.

Excellent on All Accounts
Once we figured out the configuration of the buildings, all was well. Cute, colorful and cozy. Loved that we could stay with our 3 small pups, even though we didn't receive the dog(s) gift on arrival, we'll definitely stay there again. By the time I realized we didn't get the gift we were leaving town, so it was too late to ask. =U..U= ❤
