If you love authentic, historical places, this hotel is for you! It is clean with modern amenities, yet this hotel maintains its vintage charm. The staff was so welcoming, giving my dog a treat bag and a list of about 20 dog-friendly restaurants within walking distance. Located in downtown Prescott, this hotel is situated about 1 block from the courthouse square—a big grassy area where everyone hangs out with their pets. No pet fee, but they only allow dogs under 40 lbs. This is now the only place we’ll stay with our dog.

I travel with my dog a lot, and trust me when I say THIS hotel is extremely welcoming to dogs. The room was equipped with a raised dog bed and two stainless steel bowls. There is a small fenced-in area for off-leash play. I have found that it is very rare to find a hotel in New Mexico with a grassy area for dogs to do their business—you’ll usually have a designated space with rocks. With that said, the rock beds here were well maintained and gentle on my dog’s feet. Oh, and did I mention the breakfast for humans was amazing!

The room was great and the hotel overall was very clean. The pet fee was $25. There was a small patch of artificial grass on one side of the hotel, which was sufficient; however, just like most of the hotels in New Mexico, most of the landscaping is rocks, so there’s not a lot of green space for the dogs. Would stay here again, simply because it was nice and clean.

I called ahead to make sure the hotel knew I was bringing my dog; the man who answered slotted me into a room with a sliding patio door that led to a grassy and wooded area. There is a $50 per night pet fee and I was advised that if they don’t have to use that money for extra cleaning, they donate it to a dog-related charity. They have an amazing pool and two restaurants, all of which we enjoyed. BUT, the best part is that this hotel is located in the middle of a forest preserve and has many miles of walking paths to explore. Even in the snow, my dog was so happy taking long walks along the creek, over bridges, and through the woods.

I booked a pet-friendly room for me and my dog. The carpeting in this room was disgusting. While I’m sure the hotel determined a non-pet guest didn’t deserve a room with this level of grossness, I assure you, I did not deserve it either. I paid a $30 pet fee, and only received a low opinion of this hotel in return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Meghan at the desk was super friendly and helpful during check-in. The hotel has an indoor pool, workout room, and a bar. They do not offer a free breakfast, but for about $9 per person the have a restaurant that serves a tasty and hot breakfast, made with real eggs (not the powdered eggs you usually get at the free buffet). SO GOOD! They charge a low pet fee and $5 parking fee, both of which were very reasonable for the area. The room was very clean and there was enough green space for walking my dog. Would stay here again.

This hotel is super clean with a friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel serves free breakfast and they have an indoor pool. There is a Starbucks and a Buffalo Wild Wings in the parking lot, plus many other restaurants within a close driving distance. Pet fee was $20. Free parking. There was enough green space around the building to walk my dog. I would definitely stay here again.

I love that this zoo provides a free dog kennel service in the air-conditioned customer-service area (to prevent people from leaving their dogs in a hot car.) They had a variety of kennel sizes, ranging from small to very large. Since we were the only ones using it that day, we put chose the biggest option for our dog. They provided water and a bowl, and they allowed us to bring in our dog’s favorite blanket and toys. We were able to enjoy this beautiful zoo with peace of mind that our dog was safe.

The room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette. I appreciated that the pet fee was only $10. There was lots of green space to walk my dog and poop bags were provided on the side of the building. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a small pool that’s open until midnight, but no hot tub. This hotel shares a parking lot with an AMC movie theater and there are many restaurants nearby. This chain does not offer free breakfasts like other chains do, but they will give you breakfast if you pay for it. Overall, a nice place and I would stay here again.

The room was super clean and the staff was really friendly. The designated dog area outside is a mid-size grassy area, but if you want to take your dog for a nice walk, there is a sidewalk across the street and a ton of green space to explore. You can also walk to a number of decent restaurants, as well as to some attractions and a Kroger grocery store. They offered a hot breakfast from 7am to 10 am, and we appreciated the later hours for that. There is also a nice pool that is open 24 hours. Overall, this was a great stay, and we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was super clean. We were put on the 3rd floor, but there were two elevators that operated at warp speed, so we had no problem getting outside. There was tons of green space for walking my dog, and several restaurants just down the road for dinner. They offered the typical hotel breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc) and the hotel had a pool. Overall a great stay, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Red Roof Inn famously lets dogs stay for free. This hotel was super clean with laminate flooring in the room. The staff was super friendly. There is plenty of green space to walk your dog and a nice gazebo outside for hanging out. There are a variety of fast-food restaurants within close proximity. The hotel has a nice pool and offers a free breakfast. Overall a good choice!

This hotel boasts its Euro design. The rooms are super clean with minimalist furnishings. They have a fenced-in play area for dogs, as well as plenty of grass and sidewalks for long walks. Close to many restaurants and a Target; can walk to Starbucks. Breakfast was sparse but typical hotel fare. I was not crazy about the fact the you can’t access the stairs from the lobby; the only way to get to the rooms is via the elevator, which is something I hope they will fix.

If you have to stay in Lovell WY, you won’t be disappointed with the modern and clean rooms at this hotel. On the downside, they only have a small (6 ft x 6 ft) patch of grass for the dogs. There is nice grass in the front of the hotel and at the business next door, but both places have signs stating no dogs allowed on grass. There is green space behind the hotel, but it is actually thorny weeds that painfully stuck into the pads of my dog’s feet. If you get into town after 8pm, there is nowhere to get food except for the mart at the gas station. And, this hotel offers no breakfast (the closest McDonalds is 100 miles away). If you have time to travel down the road a bit, you just might want to skip Lovell and try another town.

This hotel has a Mackenzie River Pizza Restaurant and a Starbucks in the parking lot, so it was easy to grab dinner. There’s lots of grassy space for your dog. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly. I’m so glad we found this gem!

This hotel is conveniently located to all the major restaurants chains, so it was easy to grab dinner. There was a Frugal’s restaurant in the parking lot, which served up good fast-food burgers and amazing huckleberry shakes. Behind the hotel is a nice, paved bike path, where I was able to take my dog on a long walk. The room was clean and large. The pet fee was $25. They also charge $7.95 per person if you want breakfast. Overall a good experience. I would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was immaculate!! I almost rated this hotel 4 bones because the decor is in need of updating, but in the end it didn’t matter because the room was so clean. No pet fee. The staff was amazingly friendly. Enough green space to walk your dog, and also a steep path that leads to a nicely lit bike path. The breakfast was grab-and-go, consisting of prepackaged cereal, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, milk, and coffee—which I loved—it was a nice break from the typical hotel breakfast.

Everything about this place was great! Dogs stay for free! The room was super clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants within walking distance. You’ll find lots of green space behind the hotel, and a sidewalk where you can walk your dog safely for blocks. The visitor’s center is 2 blocks away where you’ll find the wood chipper from the movie Fargo. They have a very nice breakfast, and a nice, small water park for the kids.

The rooms are so clean and newly redecorated with tile and wood-plank flooring. This hotel has a nice enclosed area to take your dog out (makes me feel safe during late-night potty breaks), plus all the amenities you’d want: a bar and restaurant on site; indoor pool; laundry facilities; close to restaurants and shopping; friendly staff; complimentary breakfast; great lobby. And, did I mention this place is super clean!

The room was clean, however, where your room is located matters. This is a motel, and my room’s door was located near the outdoor staircase, where a group of men congregated all evening to drink beer, smoke cigarettes, and loudly swear at each other. There is a small patch of grass for the dogs, and there were lots of dogs. They did have a complimentary breakfast and a pool. I would not want to come back here, but the room was clean, so it is fine for one night.

This hotel had what I look for: clean, pet friendly, green space for dog (with poop bags and garbage cans), close to restaurants, pool, and breakfast. I gave it 4 bones because the decor is dated, BUT otherwise it is clean and that was wonderful! Staff was friendly. Lots a restaurant choices if you drive about a half mile down Soncy Road.

If you are traveling with your dog in the Chicago area, find a Lazy Dog location and stop for a meal. The patio space is large with lots of tables, plus it is insulated & heated, so guests can (and do) sit out there all year round. The menu is huge and all the food is SO GOOD! I’ve never had a bad meal here. I wish every city I traveled to had a restaurant like this. It’s really hard to find a restaurant that welcomes dogs in cold weather, but this one is perfection. You will not be disappointed! I promise!

I enjoyed my stay at this Red Roof Inn. The room was clean and fresh, the staff was super friendly, they provided a free breakfast, and pets stay for free!!! There is a Walgreens, grocery store, and sandwich shop right across the street, so it was easy to pick up supplies. I gave this hotel a 4-bone rating only because there is very little green space for the dogs. This hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, so I walked my dog around the block during daylight hours, but I know after reading some of the BringFido reviews that people prefer the grass to be on the hotel property. Overall, this property worked out great for me and my dog, and it will for you too if you enjoy walking your dog and seeing the sights.

This hotel was a great find! The room was large, super clean, and comfortable. The hotel smelled fresh and had a nice lobby. The staff was super friendly and gave our dog a treat when we arrived. Lots of green space for walking your dog. Free breakfast in the morning. Nice pool. For dinner, we ordered take-out from Recovery Sports Bar, which is about a half mile down the road. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely come back.

We stayed here for one night with our dog. This hotel is centrally located, two blocks from the Lucile Ball Museum and close to many restaurants and an indoor ice rink. There is no real dog area, but there is a patch of grass out near the street and they provide poop bags by the front entrance. I felt safe walking my dog through the city streets (this city is very pedestrian friendly!) and she enjoyed all the scents. The room was clean, breakfast was hot, and the staff was super friendly.

We were having a hard time finding a highly rated, dog-friendly hotel online in Utica. Our search led us to this Red Roof Inn, a few miles away. The room was clean and the staff was great. There is lots of green space for dogs and there was no pet fee! The hotel is has many restaurants nearby (a short drive), such as McDonalds and Applebees, and others. My dog was very happy here!

This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of grass to walk around on, and well lit for late-night potty breaks. They serve a complimentary breakfast until 10 am (most places stop at 9 am), so it was nice to be able to sleep in a bit.

This hotel is newer and is super clean! It has a nice pool, weight room, guest laundry, and a bar. But, best of all, it has lots of green space to walk your dog. There is even a walking path out front.

We were looking for a dog-friendly place for lunch and we were so happy we stumbled upon this place. They have a small but shady patio where you can sit with your dog. The food was excellent. I had the Ruben, and honestly, this is the best one I’ve ever had. It was melt-in-your-mouth good. I ordered it with the side salad and even that was extraordinarily delicious. Our server was super friendly and fun to talk to. I recommend you give this place a try. I know I will be back.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Lots of green space to walk your dog. The pet fee was $35, but there was no size restriction. This hotel is near lots of restaurants that you can easily walk to. We walked our dog to the Starbucks across the parking lot and enjoyed coffee on their patio. They have an indoor pool and guest laundry.

After we were seated at our table, our server immediately brought our dog a bowl of water. While we were eating, another server asked if she could give our pup a treat. They treated our dog so well! The food was delicious! I had an excellent salad and my partner had a delicious sandwich. The service was excellent, and our server Mike was fantastic! This place is a short walk from Forsyth Park, and we were so happy to have stumbled upon it.

Not all National Parks allow dogs on the trails, but this one is super dog friendly. Stop at the visitors center and get your dog certified as a BARK Ranger, which includes a certificate and tag for her collar.

We stayed here one night with our dog and our accommodations were wonderful. Super friendly staff. Great indoor pool and hot tub, plus another outdoor pool for when the weather is better. A Chic-Fil-A, Five Guys, and Caribou Coffee are right across the street. The complimentary hot breakfast was everything we wanted. They also have a bar on site and a little store to buy snacks. But, best of all was a great outdoor walking path and grassy area behind the hotel for the dogs. Highly recommend!!!

A super-cute hotel with a backwoods feel. Loved the friendly staff, the decor, the pool, the hot breakfast, and the comfy room. There’s plenty of green space for your dog. I highly recommend this place if you are eagle watching along the Mississippi River.

There’s a 1/2 mile loop trail around the lake, which my dog enjoyed. Parking is $3 (free on Wednesday), which also gives you access to Goldwater Lake Park.

This restaurant is probably the most dog friendly we found in Prescott - which is quite an accomplishment, considering there are many great places. The patio is really nice with comfortable seating for the humans. They even has an entree on the menu for dogs.

This is the nicest pet-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed at! They have a beautiful, large courtyard that’s private, so I had no fear for my safety when I took my dog out late at night. No additional pet fee. Simply excellent!!

This hotel has an area covered with medium-sized rocks where dogs are supposed to do their business (along with signs stating that you must pick up after your dog), BUT they had no outside garbage cans to throw away the poop. Also, there is a grassy area in front of the hotel with a sign that says, “If your dog poops, leave your address so that my dog can poop on your lawn.” Again, no garbage can in this area either. The pool and hot tub were covered with tarps and the lights were off, so there was no using the pool, even during “pool hours." If you are counting on the free breakfast, eat early because they do not refill the food. I gave this hotel a two-bone rating because I appreciated that they allowed my dog to stay and the free hot breakfast, but next time I am in Santa Rosa, I will stay anywhere but here.

This is the first time we brought our Lab to a restaurant, so we were nervous; however, we were pleasantly surprised at how welcomed our dog was here. Even customers without dogs stopped to talk and pet our dog. The food here was SOOO good!!! The outside patio was comfortable and friendly. Overall, a great place to dine with you best friends.
