Liviya, quiet, thin mature rescue from Israel;
Sally, medium energetic fun loving lady.

The hotel is clean and efficiently run. They were very relaxed about Sally, the four footed guest. The UMD campus is directly across the street and a beautiful, shady place to walk. The wifi was a little spotty at times. Overall, a lovely stay and reasonable cost.

So cute! Very laid back, nice places to stroll. Rustic, authentic, friendly. There is a little noise from adjacent rooms so that did elicit a little bit of barking. Really beautiful setting.

Sally’s stay was a pleasure! The staff was positive and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained but authentic in its ambiance. Near theatres, restaurants, many dog friendly shops and a lovely walk along the river. The Stratford Shakespeare festival has something for everyone and every dog!

Happy, upbeat atmosphere. Positive and sweet to our dogs. Decent food and drinks in a favourite neighbourhood gathering place!

Relaxed vibe, quaint decor featuring a railroad plow, varied menu. Great burger, fish and chips and some vegetarian options. We will be back!

Beautiful setting, comfortable room, great vibe. Close to many hikes and stunning views. Plenty of room on the Great Pines grounds for quick dog walks. Numerous area restaurants offer dog-friendly patios. My four-legged girls were happy! So was I.

Clean, basic, on a busy street. Convenient location.

We liked the positive, accommodating service. There is room between the tables so the dogs aren't too close (there were several dogs enjoying their meals). The dog menu is very cool. The people food was great too, with good beer selections.

Nice room, spacious, updated. Noisy heater but quiet room in terms of traffic and adjacent rooms. No place to walk the dogs except parking lots. Good dog walking in driving distance though.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and very roomy and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff was courteous. Everyone we met was very gracious and sweet with my 2 dogs. There is a modest dog park nearby. The room was quite noisy as it is adjacent to the NY Thruway; possibly request a room in the front of the building to give yourselves a buffer.

A pleasant overnight stop during a road trip north. The restaurant attached is not dog friendly but does do take out.

Great, quiet location off the 401. Clean but dated room. Friendly staff, very good with my dogs. Fairly strong aroma of cleaning products but nothing our takeout pizza didn’t mask. Several excellent walks a short drive away. There are no rugs/carpets so be sure to bring your dog a bed or mat (wood floors only).
