Was in a quiet location and staff was really nice. I had a reservation for non-smoking pet-friendly room, but they did not have any non-smoking rooms left. I’m laying here with a headache at 1 o’clock in the morning with door cracked open 30° temperature out trying to get fresh air in this room. It absolutely reeks of cigarettes.

Staff was welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Perfect stop before heading to New Orleans. Felt safe and was quiet.

Very nice staff and everyone was very welcoming. Woody got lots of pets from the Sweet Crew running the hotel. Perfect location for walkability in fun French Quarter. Sure you hear noise from street and some quests returning at night but, it’s New Orleans! Valet parking worked out great! Definitely ask to arrange that ahead of arrival. Oh, no ghosts visited, LOL.
