Casual good food, nice outdoor seating
The 19th Hole Restaurant at Lake TansiAmerican diner food. Great service, affordable prices. Sat outside with the pup and the servers were very accommodating.

Picasso Bistro & PizzeriaDog friendly seating is outside, but they do not always offer outside seating. today they were too busy to offer outdoor seating.

No dog seating area if temp is under 65
Boshamps Seafood and Oyster HouseJust FYI, if it’s a cooler day, they will not have any outside seating which is the only pet-friendly option there.

Dog friendly but very limited options
Henderson Beach State Park$6 to get in. The Nature Trail is a little harder to find. Go past the initial parking area (on left) and take a right towards the old radar post. The trail starts at the little playground. It’s less than a mile of a sand trail. There is a short cut if you don’t want to go as far. There are benches to rest. You need your own water. Dogs are not allowed anywhere else. Not in the bathroom areas, beach, pavilions……. We had a nice hike and Tess enjoyed herself.
