Great place but unclear

What a wonderful area! However everywhere you turn there’s that “no pets allowed sign.” we just went in the direction where there was no signage which ended up being the wrong area for pups. I only realized it after we left. i still don’t understand and don’t know how to get to the designated area for pups.
