After looking at the room and debating for 15 minutes we decided that it was not up to standards and asked to be refunded. The manager refused and kept questioning me several times what was wrong with the room. I tried to explain and he just kept asking. Since he wouldn't refund the payment, any further discussion was futile. We stayed because we had paid. We always try to stay at a Comfort Inn and they are great. This is a sister hotel that doesn't measure up. If you don't mind old it might work.

This Best Western is showing its age. Needs updating! Staff was friendly and dog walking area was good.

Very comfortable room. New bathroom with walk-in shower. King room with sofa on quiet side. Very friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast. We would definitely stay there again. Price reflected the accommodation and was fair.

Clean but very tiny room. 2 dogs for a fee of $66.00 plus room rate. It was off-season so total cost of almost $190 seemed very expensive for what was offered. No breakfast offered. Not a comfortable place to sit in the room. We would not recommend.

Pool area closed due to construction and was not made aware at check in. Huge dirt pile and large digging machine outside our window. Room was clean but hotel furniture showed its age with door missing from refrigerator and microwave area. Very few people here. Nothing like the pictures shown.
