Terrible front desk woman
Guaranteed I got the same check-in woman that everyone is complaining about. Extremely rude and puts dog guests on the 2nd floor. Bed was sunken in the center and sucked. Must’ve been bring your kid and dog to work day, she had both roaming the lobby. She must be related to the owner.
