Enjoyed Lunch
La Catrina Tacos & MargaritasNice outside seating on this beautiful day. The chili rellenos was tasty.
would have 5 stars if water had been offered to Reina.
Meat eaters only
Shane's Rib ShackAs a pescatarian, I was hoping maybe some fish. This is strictly for meat lovers. I was able to get a few sides, thank goodness. Seating is in a nice screened area with about 4-5 tables. You go in to order, they bring food to you. This can be challenging if you travel solo with your dog. I come across this often in pet friendly dining areas.
Salad with my pooch
Sicily's Pizza, Pasta & SubsI entered the fenced seating area through a door which said no entry. Obviously cannot walk my dog through the restaurant.
I wanted a taco salad without the beef, since I am a pescatarian. The owner/ cook told my waiter it would be one dollar per shrimp. No discount for having no beef. so my $9.99 salad was $13.99. It was fresh & delicious & came in the edible bowl. I shared some the bowl with my dog.
The music was great. We were the only occupied table out there. Our waiter was polite & attentive.
Perfect
Union County Farmers "Barket" Dog ParkLove the size, the shaded areas & the dog activity supplies available.
Personal pizza size-perfect
Little RomeI was out on a hike with my dog. I used the BringFido app to find a place I could eat with her.
I prefer local places carats food chains.
I ordered a personal size pizza. I love that there are so many sizes to choose from.
Erica my waitress was very sweet.
The only downside of this place is you are on a busy road & have constant cars going by.
The outdoor seating is nice & shaded.
This was just what I needed.
Wonderful experience
Schatzie's CafeI was in Helen, GA checking out the unique little town. My dog Reina & I were enjoying ourselves but getting hungry.
Weirdly I could not find a restaurant open. (Turns out it was due to staff shortages)
I stopped at Schatzie’s Cafe when I saw a woman with her dog on the deck.
She was kind enough to get the waitress for me. Dixie the waitress informed me that they were closing. After my plea of really needing to eat, she happily gave me a few suggestions from the menu. The lunch was delicious, she was friendly and very accommodating.
Wonderful experience.
Many broken tennis balls
The Haven Off Leash Dog ParkI have to be very careful with my dog because she has twice ingested tennis ball pieces & needed major surgery. unfortunately this park is loaded with pieces everywhere. Typically lawn mowers cause it.
Sadly won’t be back.
