I want to preface that I had checked in late in the evening (10:30-11 pm). The receptionist (Maddie) was great. They had oversold the type of room I booked, but Maddie made sure a room was cleaned for us (2 guests, 3 dogs) to use for the night. On top of that, they made a exception for my 3rd dog when they usually take only 2. The manager Ms. Williams was also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. I have stayed at this location before and will most likely stay here again. Side note, I have 1 large dog and puppy and a medium sized dog; the room was a double.
