Our Dory found a new harness. Everyone was very helpful and they let us go to their outside play area to try the harness before making our purchase to make sure it fit properly

Location was great but staff didn't seem dog friendly at all at check-in. Our room was clean but bathroom had a horrible smoke smell. Dirty dog park.

Our check-in was nice and smooth! Very pet friendly and we saw other pets on the property. I wish it had more information on the parking available.

I checked with the customer service desk to make sure it was okay to bring the pugs in and they informed me as long as they are on a leash they are welcome in.

Our 1st visit and we were pleased at how knowledgeable the staff was. We got tip on potty training and found new food for our pug. Everyone acknowledged us and offer help as soon as we walked in.
