Hip Vegan is a wonderful find for anyone looking for delicious plant-based food and a welcoming place to bring their pup. The menu has plenty of variety — we tried the black bean bowl, Warung tempeh burger, and the green ginger smoothie, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful.
You place your order at the counter and help yourself to water and utensils, and while you bus your own dishes afterward, the staff is friendly, courteous, and brings your food right to the table.
The shaded patio is especially lovely and very dog-friendly. Our dog was welcomed warmly, and there’s water available for pups.
Overall, a great spot for both humans and their four-legged friends. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a spot where both you and your pup can enjoy a warm welcome, this dog-friendly Indian restaurant is a gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s friendly, attentive service set the tone. We were seated on their lovely patio — a perfect place to soak up the fresh air — and the first thing they did was bring a bowl of cool water for our dog.
For our meal, we ordered the tandoori vegetables and the lemon shrimp, and both were outstanding. The tandoori vegetables were smoky, tender, and full of flavor, while the lemon shrimp had just the right balance of citrus brightness and spice. Each dish was clearly prepared with care and a generous hand with fresh ingredients.
Between the excellent food, thoughtful touches for four-legged guests, and the welcoming patio vibe, this is a place we’ll return to and recommend.

By the time we got into town, this was the only dog friendly spot that was open. We were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere (beautiful outdoor patio with plants and colorful Mexican decor), delicious food with many menu options, and friendly service. They allowed us to bring our dog, but didn’t offer him any water. They probably would have, had we asked however.
