Hi, I go by Stef and I have a wonderful four-legged Siberian husky named Freya. We love to go on walks and explore new places.

Great burger spot
Slim's Bar & GrillThey have delicious burger and hot dogs and you can enjoy it at their outdoor tables with Fido. One person needs to go in to let the waitress know you need an outdoor spot and they will come out to serve you.
Awesome spot
Scoop Forest CityWe love visiting Scoop ice cream with our dog. It is all outdoor so very dog friendly, plus they will give Fido a complimentary pup cup which consist a of vanilla ice cream and a milk bone.
Nice spot
Copper Penny GrillWe love eating at their outdoor tables with our dog. They provide water bowls for Fido.
Nice spot
Ms. Rose's Fine Food & CocktailsThis place has a very nice outdoor area for you to sit with Fido. It is shaded but there’s also a not shaded area in case you want to enjoy more sun. They can provide water bowls for Fido. They serve diner type food.
Great location
A.W. Shuck's Seafood ShackThis restaurant has a great outdoor shaded area that you can enjoy with Fido. You have to go inside to order and they bring out your food, so someone needs to stay outside with Fido while the order is placed. Water is available for you to fill Fido’s personal water bowl. Will be back again on our next vacation.
Great for humans and pups
The Flying Biscuit CafeWe love stopping by at this location because of their convenient outdoor seating that you can enjoy with Fido. You can sit in the sun or under an awning depending on your preference. They have several outdoor games such as connect four and basketball. Plenty of walkable grass away from restaurant for your dog to use the bathroom if needs to. Our dog even enjoyed a biscuit from them.
Great ride
Charleston Water TaxiWhether you’re wanting to save time traveling between spots or just along for the ride, the water taxi is a great dog friendly option. Our Siberian husky enjoys the nice breeze. We just like to get on for the ride and have a nice relaxing experience every time.
Fun beach
Isle of Palms BeachesWe take our Siberian husky during spring break when off leash hours end at 9am; therefore, we gotta force our night owl selves to be early birds on those days so our pup can have free range on the beach. She likes to drink the salt water so if your Fido does that too, I would recommend a soft muzzle to prevent them from drinking and getting sick. Another thing is that if you start out walking from bridge, there are very few trash cans so you may be stuck carrying the poop bag for a while. We have a poop carrier clip to avoid having to touch it directly. Parking is only like $2 per hour which is a good deal. We love this beach for our husky Freya.
Great for a walk
Charleston Waterfront ParkThis is a beautiful park with lots of shade perfect for walking Fido. There are also a lot of benches and sitting spots for taking breaks during a walk.
Shop with Fido
Crabby Jack's General StoreDog friendly store that lets you bring in your pup. This was so nice because they have very cool items we wanted to look at and found some souvenirs to purchase. They also gave our dog a treat. If I remember correctly, they had a water bowl at the door.
Tourist spot
Pineapple Fountain at Charleston Waterfront ParkThe pineapple fountain is beautiful for photos. Dogs are not allowed to get in it, so other than taking photos at it, there’s not a whole lot for Fido. Nice tourist spot for photos with your fur baby.
Shop for a cause
Rescued Treasures Thrift StoreThis is a great second hand store if you like to support an animal rescue. They always have new things, and are very organized. They also often have sales. Well mannered, leashed pets are welcomed.
Great little spot
Marshall Dog ParkThis park has two separate pens, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. It has shade, little obstacles, benches for owners to sit. There are doggy bags with a waste brackets conveniently located in each pen. It has a human height counter to place toys or leashes while inside. Water is turned off for the cold months so make sure to take your own. Also, there is no double fenced entrance to keep other dogs from running out so please take caution to not let any slip out while entering. It’s a good little size park to let your pop run around to play or to just get some sniffing stimulation. The ground is covered in mulch so be sure to check your dog’s paws after leaving for splinters or stuck mulch. It’s located right off the Purple Martin Trail and is part of the Kiwanis Park.
