They were so warm and welcoming when we arrived. The food was amazing and staff went above and beyond. Super pet friendly, including inside main area. We had a blast and can’t wait to visit again.

We got married at the top of Loon Mountain, with our dogs. Our dogs LOVED the gondola. The staff were also very welcoming to our two dogs.

Check in was easy with friendly staff! Our room had some peanuts on the floor and tiny black rubber pieces, that our dogs were trying to eat. They gave us a vacuum to clean it. Other than that, it was clean and comfy. The room was large- a sectioned off living room with big couch and the sleeping area.

The lobby and front desk are clean and welcoming. The fire place was on and gave a cozy vibe. The hall to the room wasn’t taken care of. It was outdated with a very musty smell. The room appearance didn’t give a clean feeling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A little pricey for what you get. However, for a quick, over night, just to sleep, last minute, pet friendly option, it is adequate.
