Carpets on first two floors

We were placed on the second floor, which is fine since there are elevators there, but there was carpets everywhere except the lobby, elevators and the bathroom. The stairs even had carpet, which was weird. There were two elevator (one in front and one in the back). They have a little pond to walk around, but they didn't have any bags to pick up with even though they had a sign with a bag container. (The container was full of fuzzy caterpillars.) Luckily, we had some in the vehicle so one of us could walk the dogs and the other grab bags.
