Just what I expected. Good people.

Hotel is well located, and has a great staff. Had a glitch, but was handled to my satisfaction.

Room was great, staff was friendly. This was the second time we had issues with other guests not leashing their dog. No damage, but a guest in the room above me never leashed his dog, and it round around freely annoying other guests and their dogs. Perhaps you might mention this in your advertising and promotions, so your patrons are avoid of the dangers. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean, staff amenable. This was the best hotel we have stayed at.

On a long 6,000 mi cross country trip, we have already stayed at 11 hotels. This Days Inn has been the best. We highly recommend it. Staff friendly, very clean, and felt completely safe. We'll be looking for Days Inn on our next trip.

Hotel was very nice for an economy property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Louie got a lot of good walks, especially the gorgeous dog park 2 miles away.

A/C was 14" from the unremovable bed, which was a mattress (no box springs) on a plywood platform. Every little movement frightened the other guests. One towel, 2 washcloths, no Kleenex. Bath tub wouldn't drain. Some other guests were loud and obnoxious until 3 AM, despite there being a large sign - no noise after 10:00 PM. If I were you, I would remove this property from your recommended hotels.

No complaints, room clean and orderly. Louie enjoyed his stay. I would suggest to Red Roof Management that they spend a little more time on customer service - particularly making the customer feel welcome, and not act like they are doing you a favor by letting you have a room.

We almost always have good to great accommodations, but this motel was the exception. There is no office - only a walk-up window, so you have to stand out in the weather to complete the check-in, using was can only be described as a "cashiers" drawer to exchange papers and credit cards The man at the window was very friendly and I have no complaints about him. Never saw any other staff The room was a disaster. The air conditioner was in 3-4 pieces, and although it was working, I was afraid to change any settings for fear it would quit.
The advertised description of the room was that it contained a queen bed It was a double, and the bedspread had several big rips and tears as well as cigarette burns on it. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall - and it appeared that rats have been present. The toilet leaked at the base, and the floor was constantly wet as a result. No kleenex was available, only one roll of toilet paper. Water pressure consisted of a small stream - enough to get your hands wet, but barely enough to wash the soap off. Security is non-existent, and while there, another guest allowed his 70-lb pit bull and three smaller dogs to roam free. The pit bull attacked our dog, and I had to fight with the dog myself to free my dog, with several cuts, bruises and scrapes to my own body.
The hotel staff was unconcerned about this. I took photos of these conditions, but find there is not a way to include them with this review. I will continue to use BringFido, but I will be much more careful about any recommendations you post.

Bare bones hotel, clean and convenient. Shower diverter did not work, but we got by by kneeling down to wash off. Safety bar lock on door was broken.

We usually stay at La Quinta, even before we travelled with a dog, and service is always adequate. The only minor complaint I might have is that their breakfast has deteriorated. Selections are more varied at the local 7-11.

Pretty pricey, but it is a tourist town. Friendly staff, clean, basic room. Maybe could have used more than one chair. Would stay there again.
