Great pet and people friendly hotel. They’ll even let you leave your pups in your room! Note however that Quebec City is NOT pet-friendly (not by a long shot). Dining establishments with outdoor seating, do not allow dogs! Hence you are limited to take out (or leaving your dogs in the room).
