Don’t Stay Here

I would not advise anyone to stay here at all! My family and I stayed after our running a storm and called to confirm availability via a third party five minutes prior to our arrival. Upon arrival I was completely disappointed and advised staff immediately upon walking into the room. The night staff advised “there is nothing I can do all of our pet friendly rooms are doubles” despite confirmation five minutes prior that I would be getting a king with a sofa bed. The room felt like a cold pet box! Management and staff have provided no type of customer service and have yet to return my phone call. I will also be calling corporate.
