Prince Rupert is an off-leash area best for games of fetch and walks. There is no path, fencing, or snow removal. Prince Rupert is partially lit by street lighting along 119 Street. Dogs should be under complete voice control, cleaned up after and licensed during their walk. Owners should have a leash on hand.
