The Bergen Line

The Bergen Line is dog-friendly. This scenic railroad cuts all the way across Norway, taking in beautiful valleys, mountains and fjords along the way. There’s a special carriage for dogs traveling with their owners, ideal for avoiding stares from cat people. Dogs with a shoulder width less than 40cm ride for free. Larger dogs are charged the price of a child’s ticket, which starts at $100, depending on the date and time of your travel. Adult tickets start at $131 for a single journey.
