Victoria Harbour Ferry provides the best view of Victoria...from the ocean! Take the dog-friendly Harbour or Gorge Tour or hop on a water taxi and explore Victoria's Inner Harbour. Their Captains will take you wherever you want to go. Dogs are allowed on board if leashed to restrict movement to 2 feet, and must remain on the floor at all times. Dogs aren't permitted to be held on the laps or to, even momentarily, be on a seating area. All tours leave from the dock in the marina in front of The Empress Hotel.
