Marazion Beach is pet-friendly. The home of St Michael’s Mount, this beach town is known for providing soft sandy beaches to explore with your pooch. Marazion Beach permits dogs from September 30 through May 1. Dogs are not allowed on the beach during the days of peak season, but can enter the beach from 7pm to 8am when the beaches are less busy.

Sennen Cove is pet-friendly. This relaxing beach is located in one of the UK’s most breathtaking locations. Dogs are welcome from October 1 through April 28. They are also permitted on Gwynver beach at the northern end of the bay year-round.

There's not much sand here, so you may want to have a look around the local area, too. Dogs are welcome on the beach from October 1 through Easter Sunday at any time. Dogs are also welcome from May 1 through September 30 from 8am to 7pm.

Portheras Cove is pet-friendly. Located on one of the wildest stretches of the Cornish coast, this beach is hard to find but shouldn't be missed if you get the chance. Dogs are allowed year-round, as long as they are looked and cleaned up after.

Wherrytown Beach is pet-friendly. This large stretch of pebbles between Penzance and Newlyn is a great place to bring your pooch. The beach is backed by Newlyn Green. If you'd rather walk on a paved pathway, enjoy the wide promenade that runs along the length of the beach. Dogs are welcome if they are cleaned up after.

Longrock Beach

Longrock Beach is pet-friendly. Easily accessible along the coastal path from Penzance, this beach is a popular place to hangout for locals. Dogs are allowed all year round between Long Rock level crossing to Penzance Harbour, east of the crossing there are seasonal dog bans in place. Don't forget to clean up any mess that your pooch leaves behind.

Nanjizal

Nanjizal, also known as Mill Bay, is a pet-friendly beach and cove in Cornwall. Situated one mile to the south-east of Land's End, Nanjizal has no direct access from the road, but you can wander along the South West Coast Path from Land's End in the north. Leashed dogs are welcome on the beach and trail, as long as all mess is cleaned up after them.

Perranuthnoe

Perranuthnoe is pet-friendly. This large beach is a great place to bring Fido and play fetch. Play in the surf, jump in the sand, and always make sure to clean up any mess that your pup leaves behind. Dogs are welcome on the beach without a leash between September 30 through April 30. You can also bring your pup on the beach from 7pm to 8am during the peak season, too.

Praa Sands

Praa Sands is pet-friendly. Praa Sands is covered in white sand to explore with your pooch. Located in the south west-facing bend between the Lizard and west Penwith, the mile-long sandy beach is backed with sheltering sand dunes. Dogs are welcome on the beach from October 1 through Easter Sunday.

Gwynver Beach

Gwynver Beach is pet-friendly. Located near Sennen Cove, this sandy beach is best explored at low tide, when the steep slopes are less dangerous. Leashed dogs are welcome on the beach year-round. Dog owners should clean up any mess that is left behind.

Eastern Green

Eastern Green is pet-friendly. The closest beach to Penzance can be accessed via a concrete footpath from the bus station. The sheltered sand and shingle beach follows the curve of Mount’s Bay to Long Rock. Dogs are welcome but no trash cans are provided. Owners are reminded to clean up any mess that is left behind.

Gwithian Beach is pet-friendly. Windsurfers love this spot, as well as visitors flying kites. Dogs are welcome on this beach except between May 1 to September 30 from 8am to 7pm. The seasonal dog ban is in place between Ceres Rock and Red River. This boundary has been adjusted following the collapse of the steps at St Peters Point which left the area where dogs were allowed inaccessible.

Hayle Towans

St Ives, England, UK TR26 1SE

Hayle Towans is pet-friendly. Towans means dunes in Cornish, so it's no surprise to find dunes here. Dogs are welcome off-leash on the beach from September 30 through May 1. During the rest of the year, dogs are still permitted on the beach, but only between the hours of 7pm to 8am between Hayle River and Black Cliffs.

Cornish Seal Sanctuary

Cornish Seal Sanctuary

The Cornish Seal Sanctuary is a pet-friendly attraction in the village of Gweek outside Helston, UK. Each season, this charity rescues and rehabilitates over 70 grey seal pups from around the Cornish Coastline. Leashed pups are welcome throughout this rescue center for seals, except the Seal Hospital and Cafe. Outside, you can wander together along woodland trails around 42 acres of land and hop on the Land Train. Then, peruse the homemade dog treats and commemorative bandanas in the gift shop.

Carbis Bay

St Ives, England, UK TR26 1SE

Carbis Bay is pet-friendly. This seaside resort and village in Cornwall lies one mile southeast of St Ives, on the western coast of St Ives Bay, on the Atlantic coast. The South West Coast Path passes above the beach. Dogs are welcome on the beach from September 30 through first Sunday before Easter. During the prohibited period, morning dog walks are allowed between 5am and 8am.

Godrevy

Godrevy is pet-friendly. This vast sandy beach contains high cliffs and dramatic coves to enjoy with your pooch off-leash from September 30 through May 1. Dogs are also welcome on the beach during the off-peak hours in the summer. Bring Fido to the beach from 7pm to 7am during summer. Dog owners must clean up any mess that their pups leave behind.
