The Pemberton Rail-Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. A trail map is posted near the parking lot, and there are several paved and dirt paths which link to Blueberry Hill Trail, including United States Avenue Trail. The trail is open throughout the year and leashed dogs are permitted.
