Not all areas are fenced so dogs should have good recall. No permit is required. The land is owned by the Metropolitan Airport Commission and borders the airport runways. Since the park is not managed by the city, no amenities exist here (including trash receptacles). Bring water and waste bags with you, and please take them when you leave.
