Dog-Friendly Activities Near Fort White Library, FL, US

Ichetucknee Springs State Park in Fort White, FL is a 2,669-acre park which welcomes Fido along three dog-friendly trails. Leashed dogs are permitted only on the Trestle Point and Pine Ridge trails located at the north end, and the Discovery Trail which is situated behind the visitor center at the south end. Fido can also accompany you to picnic areas, but must be supervised. Pet owners are reminded that dogs are not permitted on the trails that lead to the springs or river, or in the water.

Fido is welcome to join you on a rented kayak or canoe from Anderson's Outdoor Adventures Santa Fe River Park in High Springs, FL. Dogs are allowed on your vessel, but please note that not all parks that you may pass through allow four-legged guests. Pets must be leashed on the shuttle for safety reasons.
