Description
The Hangtown Kennel Club has hosted this event every year since 1988. This 3-day show offers Obedience, Rally and all-breed (up to 190 breeds) competition. A special canine talent contest will be held Sunday afternoon as a fundraiser for the El Dorado County Search and Rescue K-9 Unit. “Canines’ Got Talent” is open to the public. Competition starts 12:00 Noon on Sunday before Group judging begins. This gives dog owners the chance to enter a talent contest exclusively for dogs, showcasing their particular tricks or talent. The entry fee is $5.00 per canine contestant, collected at the Education/Announcer table. Entries are available all day Saturday and until 10:00 A.M. on Sunday, , May 25th, at which time entries close. Dogs do not need to be entered in that day's AKC event.
