BARKtoberfest

Animal House Shelter in Huntley is a non-profit no kill animal shelter for all breeds of dogs and cats. We rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home all breeds of dogs and cats in need of sanctuary, regardless of age, health, or special needs. Once rescued, the animals physical and behavioral needs are cared for regardless of cost or time involved, and, once rehabilitated, animals are placed in permanent loving homes individually screened by a dedicated staff to be optimal for both the human and the animal’s particular needs. To help raise the necessary funds to continue rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming the dogs and cats that come through our doors we are hosting our First Annual BARKtoberfest at The Lucky Monk in South Barrington on October 15 from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm. BARKtoberfest’s evening will include a cocktail hour, silent auction/raffles, a Monk Brewery Tour, a three course Octoberfest food/beer pairing and a chance to see some of our adoptable dogs. Must be 21 years or older. Unfortunately Fido can not come to this event.
