Pictures with Santa Paws & Christmas Yappy Hour

On Thursday, December 17, Camp Bow Wow® Sarasota will host a very special “Photos with Santa Paws” event to benefit the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation (BWBF), a nonprofit that covers urgent medical care costs for dogs who are either homeless or whose parents cannot afford the necessary treatments. During Camp Bow Wow® Sarasota’s “Photos with Santa Paws” event, pets and pet parents can have their 4 x 6 winter wonderland holiday “pawtrait” taken with Santa for a $10 donation to the Foundation. Each year countless pets are unable to receive the medical treatments they need. For struggling pet parents, BWBF acts as a lifeline that offers medical care grants of up to $2,500 to treat broken bones, abdominal obstruction, heartworm, parvovirus, cancer, and other urgent medical treatments for pets in need of care. All money raised during the December 17 “Photos with Santa Paws” event will benefit pets like 10-month old pit bull mix, Angus, who—thanks to a Bow Wow Buddies Foundation grant recently raised by Camp Bow Wow® Sarasota—received the emergency surgery he needed to repair a severe intestinal blockage. This event is open to members of the general public.
