Description
Help the Lowell Humane Society promote spaying and neutering pets as part of Spay Day USA.
There will be entertainment, raffles, and all you can eat spaghetti!
Saturday, February 13th from 4-6pm at the Lowell Senior Center. Just $5 a person!
