Mark your calendars for Paws in the Park! This annual dog-friendly event will be held from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on August 28-29, 2010 at Heritage Park in Canton, MI. Sponsored by The Humane Society of Huron Valley. Admission is $4 in advance, $5 at the gate, and kids under 10 are free,. The 2nd Annual Paws in the Park Pet Expo features over 150 vendors and amazing pet demonstrations including the Ultimate Air Dogs - one of the premier dock jumping organizations in the country, ULTIMATE AIR DOGS puts on professional events that draw in thousands of spectators while maintaining a family friendly atmosphere. Also demonstrations and entertainment by: - Chase It Lure Coursing: In Lure Coursing, dogs chase and artificial lure around a fenced in field. - The Rock 'N Roll K9's: The entire family will enjoy the Rock n’ Roll K9’s show. Dogs and their trainers’ groove to rock n’ roll music while showing off their extremely talented trick dogs. - Pawsitive Vybe Frisbee Team
