Description
DOGA - combining two soulful things: dogs and yoga. Enjoy simple breath meditation and gentle yoga poses, while adding fun modifications to bring you and your dog closer. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, all you'll need is your four-legged friend and a willing spirit for this one-hour beginner class!
The class will be taught by Rena White, YRT-200 (Yoga Alliance), Balanced Body Pilates.
100% of proceeds will benefit the animals at the Louisiana SPCA. Registration is extremely limited so don’t wait! Visit the event's website to register.
