Description
Bring Fido to this family-friendly, group-friendly, and dog-friendly event! Whether someone is an avid runner, a weekend jogger or simply enjoys walking, everyone is encouraged to join in the fun.
Participants may either run/walk the scenic “Mutt Strut 5K”, trot lightly with the “Doggie Dash” 1 Miler, or partake in the ultimate competition of the “Double Dog Dare” Challenge. However, for the safety of all participants, pets must be current on all vaccinations, be in good health, and MUST be kept on a leash.
Registration is currently open and those who register by March 15, 2019 will receive an official race t-shirt. Discounted pre-registration is available until March 29th and prizes will be awarded for the top individuals including a special challenge medal for ALL “Double Dog Dare” Finishers. Participants may register individually or as a team in an effort to raise funds for the homeless animals of the Brevard Humane Society.
