BringFido out for FREE Doggie Sundaes! Join Charlotte Black Dogs as they celebrate this special day with an Ice Cream Social.
ALL dogs are welcome!
In addition to FREE Doggie Sundaes for ALL pups, there will be dogs available for adoption from Rover's Rescue & Retreat, Pet Education Assistance & Resources and Pet in the City will be giving out samples.
