Description
The City of Oviedo invites the community and their dogs to celebrate Howl-O-Ween at the Bark Park! Entrance will be through the dog park gate on Lockwood Blvd. Activities include doggie costume contest, doggie treats, doggie ice cream, a variety of dog vendors, and food vendors.
