Description
First Day Hike: The Vista Voyage
2.3 miles, rating: Easy, 1.5 hours long, Starts at Nature Center
BringFido and come celebrate the New Year with Brown County State Park! Enjoy the amazing vista views from 4 different vistas including Hohen Point, which is the most expansive view in the park. Enjoy a relaxing New Year’s Day Hike along the Scenic Loop with different stations set up along the way. You can Run, Walk, or Ride anytime between 11am- 2pm. The Route is just at 2.3 miles and is along easy terrain. There will be a couple hills along the way. Dress for the weather!
Dogs are welcome, but must be on a 6ft. leash and get along well with other dogs and humans alike.
All hikes meet at the Nature Center where there will be short introduction, then carpool to the start location each hike. Hikes are rain or shine and will only be cancelled in extreme conditions
