K9 Keg Pull on Deadwood Street

Mark your calendars for K9 Keg Pull on Deadwood Street! This dog-friendly event will be held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on March 7, 2026 at Deadwood's Outlaw Square in Deadwood, SD. Admission is $15 per dog. The event benefits the Deadwood Main Street Initiative and the Twin City Animal Shelter. Visit Website

Description

This fun winter event is for dogs of all sizes! Participants will be divided into divisions based on weight and will wear a harness attached to a keg to pull across the finish line as fast as possible. The speediest pups in each class will win! On-site registration begins at 10:30 AM, with races starting at 1 PM. Don’t forget to bring your own harness—each dog must have one to participate!
