This event has gone VIRTUAL for 2020. Ready to win some prizes and raise money for Pope Memorial Humane Society of Dover?! Get those costumes ready and upload a photo of your dog for the following costume categories: 1) Scariest, 2) Funniest, 3) Best owner+dog team 4) People's Choice (the pet that receives the most votes overall, who may/may not fit any of the categories). From October 1 – 25: Photo submissions uploaded to one of the four categories. Get all of your friends and family to vote for your dog because the most votes = WINNER! Prize packages to be announced. October 31: Winners announced LIVE on their Facebook page. 100% of the proceeds from this event will benefit the animals in the care of Pope Memorial Humane Society of Dover.
