*** DUE TO COVID-19, THE HATS Bark'toberFest SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 25, 2020, HAS BEEN CANCELED.***
Helping Animals To Survive - HATS - is partnering with Lincoln County Park and Recreation as they officially open the new dog park at Rescue Squad Park. There will be music, food trucks, vendors, beer, a pet costume contest and a walk all to help raise funds for animals in need.
