This dog-friendly event will be held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on October 28, 2023 at the Delmar Loop in St. Louis, MO. Admission is a suggested donation of $5 per pet and benefits Dolly's Dream House Rabbit Rescue.

Description
Dress up with Fido for this year's Howl-o-ween pet/family costume contest. Prizes awarded for costumes in the following categories: Best Superhero Costume, Best Group Costume, Most Fur-ocious, Best Duo and Best Costume. Other activities will include a pumpkin decorating station, trick-or-treating in the University City Loop, and free face painting for kids and adults.
