I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Doggie ice cream that is! The Best Friends Pet Care Treat Truck is making stops along the East Coast this Summer. Dogs can look forward to complimentary doggie ice cream (courtesy of Lick a Lots) and yummy dog bakery cookies.
