Description
Central Avenue will be transformed for this annual event into a car-free and family-friendly event! There will be Halloween entertainment for the whole family, including local vendors, live music, business advocacy, immersive experiences, candy and more. There will also be fun, dog-friendly events happening at Howl-o-ween on Central at The Dog Bar, and a Pup Costume Contest at Mutts and Martinis at 3 PM.
