Description
Registration is required for this uniquely joyful wellness experience with Sole Flex’s special Pilates class featuring adorable pugs from DFW Pug Rescue, all to support animal rescue and community well-being. This event blends movement and mindfulness with a fun twist: a Pilates session for all levels with wandering rescue Pugs, followed by a restorative sound bath, plus goodie bags with special edition grip socks, sips and social time at Four Corners Brewing Co., and vendor pop-ups. Bring your mat (and even your own pup!) and enjoy a day of connection, relaxation, and giving back, with part of the proceeds benefiting DFW Pug Rescue.
