This special prelude event celebrates the Annual NY Dog and Cat Film Festivals! The gathering offers pet lovers and their pups an elegant night with photo opportunities, portrait artists, raffles, intuitive readings by nationally-renowned animal communicators, swag bags, and more. One dog per person is permitted.
