Dress your dog (or go for matching human and pup costumes) and compete for prizes like Best Dressed, Most Creative, and Judge’s Favorite. Entry is free, though donations of pet food, beds, or cash to support the Halifax Humane Society are encouraged. Stroll the light-filled waterfront, show off your furry friend’s holiday spirit, and enjoy a tail-wagging tradition that gives back!
