This dog-friendly Halloween costume contest invites pups to dress up and visit The Bean Spot for a photo entry. A drink purchase is required to participate, and online voting will determine the first-, second- and third-place winners. Photos will be shared on Facebook, with prizes awarded to the top three costumes.
