Description
This dog-friendly Halloween fundraiser features pet costume and talent contests, with categories such as Best Look-Alike, Most Unique and Best in Show. For $20, participants receive entry into both contests, a classic hot dog and a raffle ticket. Guests can enjoy dog demonstrations, prizes, vendor goodies, raffles and a 50/50 drawing while supporting HALO K9 Rescue.
